Part-time HRBP / HR Generalist

Your responsibilities and actions
In this role, you will be a part of the Management team, and you will directly report to the Chief of Operations/Partners.
Your responsibilities will be split into three roles: Recruitment, HR strategy/projects and operational HR tasks:
Recruitment (50%)
- You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process for various profiles (Consultancy roles & Staff positions) including
- Determining the ideal profile and drafting the job descriptions
- Proactive search, direct approach and headhunting
- Advertisings on job boards and social networks
- Managing the incoming CVs in CV Warehouse
- CV screening, selecting and contacting promising candidates
- Presenting the potential profiles to Management or hiring Managers
- Reference check and follow-up with all candidates (selected and non-selected ones)
- Coordinating interviews and assessment exercises with Management & Board
- Sending offers to the final candidates
- Being the SPOC for the Executive Search agencies
- Reporting recruitment forecasts and budgets to the Chief of Operations.
HR strategy/ projects (30%)
- Developing, improving and implementing standard HR & recruitment processes
- Advising the Management and keeping up to date HR policies like diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, company rules, car policy, working policies, annual evaluations, learning and development policies, salary grid, Comp&Ben optimisation, a work life balance policy, well-being, employee’s retention & referral policies, etc.
- Working on the employer branding
- Identifying training needs (internal & external) for personal development
- Setting up an HR work group (in addition of other workgroups: DEI, Social media, …)
- Further development of the evolutionary path Senior Advisors (expert track)
- Guiding Managers/Consultants in their growth path
- Guiding and supporting HR-change processes within a buy & build strategy.
HR operational tasks (20%)
- Preparing all legal documents and work contract to onboard the new employees
- Onboarding the new employees and contractors
- Acting as a SPOC (single point of contact) for all HR inquiries and individual follow up of colleagues (wellbeing, in case of issues,…)
- Coordinating the performance management cycle (preparation of mid-year & end-of-year evaluation and coordination of internal promotions).
- Giving advice on strategy and new regulations about Payroll, Flex Income Plan, Mobility Budget Plan, social legislation,
- Presentation of HR topics and results to the Board or to the department teams
- Follow up of the Prevention Plan in collaboration with the Prevention Advisor
- Follow up of exit interviews and off boarding
Description du profil
You could be our ideal candidate if you
- hold a related bachelor’s or master’s degree
- are a good communicator in Dutch, French (both outstanding, min. C1) and fluent in English
- have an extensive experience in leading HR projects: soft and hard
- have an extensive knowledge of the social legislation
- have relevant experience within sourcing, headhunting, recruitment and selection: recruitment strategy and process with proven track records
- a first experience with buy & build strategy and HR change management is an asset
- are a passionate HR professional with a large experience in recruiting for a small business with tight deadlines
- are a self-learner, resourceful and you can find the info by yourself
- want an interesting and challenging part-time job (3/5th)

Nous offrons
Practical details
- Contract: Part-time Permanent contract (employee 3/5th) or Freelance: Contractors are welcome for a long-term collaboration only
- Schedule: 3 days/week or 24 hrs/week depending on your availability
Location: possible homeworking + on site in nice offices easy to reach by public transport- in Brussels min. 2 days/week
- homeworking 1 day/week
- and in Antwerp min. 1 day/month
- Employee: A competitive salary package (3/5th) round 50-60 K€/year depending on your seniority
- Employee: other benefits including lunch vouchers, eco vouchers, pension plan, phone subscription
- Freelance: a long-term collaboration and evolving perspectives
- Ideal start date: ASAP but we’ll take the time to find the right person
- Contractors/Freelancers are welcome for a long-term collaboration only and for a max. rate of 650€/day.
