Business Development Manager

Assystem Belgium keeps on growing. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to support our internal structure and to actively participate to the development of our activities in the aerospace, automotive and industry market. Your role is not, however, limited to commercial development. You will play an important role in human resource management for the business unit, recruiting and advising the consultants who join your team.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

Identify and develop new businesses

• Build business strategy to leverage market opportunities
• Identify business targets
• Prospect new customers
• Understand the technical, business and human challenges of client projects
• Shape the best answer (team, expertise, pricing) in the shortest time
• Nourish relationship with existing contacts
• Negotiate and close deals

Recruit and select

• Participating to the recruitment attracting policy
• Selecting & recruiting your new consultants team

Manage your Business Unit

• Supervising the financial status of your activity
• Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners

Description du profil

Your skills and experience

• Master Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Successful business development experience in a similar environment or experience in business engineering or coordination of technical projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a challenging environment
• French and English. Dutch is an asset.
• Reliable and organized
• Team-player attitude
• Dedicated and proactive mindset
