About the job:

The role of the Customer Support Agent is to manage client relationships and provide the marketing team with comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ day to day queries and complaints with speed and professionalism.
  • You make it your mission for the business to excel in the area of customer support and consequently assure a good overall quality of the replies you provide.
  • Based on customers’ input, you will obtain a good overview of the strengths and weaknesses of our product. You make sure to summarize those and suggest management with possible improvements.
  • You show interest and keep yourself posted on all promotions we organize, so you can reply to the relevant questions of customers and pro-actively share it with them.

About the Candidate:

  • You are a customer-oriented self-driven individual, eager to make a difference and help the company achieve its goals. On top of that, you have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Dutch and French. Understanding English is a plus.
  • You are a flexible person, eager to learn and develop yourself, with excellent attention to details.
  • Knowledge about the online gaming industry (a plus, not a necessity).
  • Excel proficiency & general analytical skills (a plus, not a necessity).
