Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Develop sales activities with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Follow up on quotations, demonstrations, and commercial opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the marketing strategy with innovative, market‑oriented ideas.
  • Report in the CRM system and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Description of the profile

Your profile

  • Higher scientific education (Bachelor/Master), preferably in chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent through experience.
  • Strong affinity with synthesis, organic chemistry, chemical reactors and/or chromatography.
  • Commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Result‑oriented, customer‑oriented, and strong at setting priorities.
  • Autonomous, well‑organized, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interest in innovative technologies.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; French is an asset.
