Main mission:
- Develop and manage clients portfolio;
- Develop an helicopter view based on 3 dimensions : strategy, negotiation and people/project management.
Main responsabilities:
- Based on budgets, objectives and fixed schedules, co – responsible for results and achievements. Informs his line manager in a timely manner of changes compared to the schedule and proposes corrective actions; also informs about risk that may affect the results;
- Co-develops, in close collaboration with his superior, a strategy that determines
- priorities;
- Maintains cooperative relationships with other Managers to maximize support
- production / commercial / administrative and create a positive work atmosphere;
- Respects and enforces applicable standards and regulations
Your day to day life :
- Under the drive of the Area Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager covers the following aspects:
- Analyzes the market and in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager determines the range of actions and commercial priorities by developing its Account Business Plan;
- Analyzes customer data
- Maintains the necessary contacts and seeks information related to the market and the competition;
- Ensures the growth of the accounts by prospecting and consolidate them by making sure to be the privileged commercial interlocutor;
- Is responsible for sales objectives;
- Coordinates the technical services involved in the product sold to customers;
- Acts as an interface between purchasing and sales departments;
- Accurately identify needs and convince customers of how they can best meet their requirements;
- Build a long-term, trusting relationship with customers by thinking together about opportunities
Description du profil
Profile:
Master in Business or Economics ( min 5 years of experience)
A first experience in the automotive sector is a strong asset
- Very good knowledge of the products
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of internal processes from manufacturing to delivery
- Very good knowledge of English, Frenchand knowledge of German
