Description of the position:

As an electromechanical engineer in the engineering department you will work on high-level surface treatment technologies such as plasma and ionic implantation. You will be a real solution provider from the design to the construction of innovative equipment’s for renown major industrial companies.

Location: Herstal (Liège, Belgium)

What we are looking for:

Solution minded

• Design (with Solidworks), conception and manufacturing of equipment’s for surface treatment with technologies such as plasma and ionic implantation considering all industrial constraints from our clients
• Reading and optimization of equipment’s plans (Solidworks)
• Follow-up of the equipment’s installation and starting-off at client’s site (in Belgium and abroad)
• Dealing with external providers and subcontractors
• Help provider for the maintenance department of our electroplating department as well as for the design or development of new production equipment’s

Team worker

• Working in close relationship with the manager of the engineering department and technicians
• Having direct contacts with external partners and clients from renown companies and research centers
• Working with the administrative and financial department regarding purchases

Education

• Electromechanical engineer
• Knowledge of Solidworks software
• An experience of minimum 5 to 10 years is required
• Knowledge about automation and CE-marking would be appreciated

Languages

• You are fluent in French and English
