Supply chain Coordinator

You will be responsible to manage the 38 external stocks of NLMK Clabecq located in 5 continents.

Responsibilities:

Within a team of 2 people + your manager, your daily job consists in:

• Manage the make to stock business and associated contracts
• Coordinate the stocks replenishment with Supply Chain and Sales
• Create and develop an improved stock replenishment policy
• Single point of contact for the different 3PLs, ensure their training on the information flow and ensure support in daily tasks
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, monthly reporting and Inventory validation twice per year
• Create, develop and follow KPI dashboard for the different stocks
• Analysis of stock rotations per item and develop action to improve it with Supply Chain and Sales
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Purchasing in order to improve service levels and optimize transportation costs

Description du profil

Master degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related experience

Experience of 3+ years in supply chain and/or logistics

French Fluent; Good knowledge of English is mandatory.

Ready to travel across the world to the different stocks (approximatively once a month)

Strong computer skills specifically advanced skills utilizing Excel in data analysis.

Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Team spirit as the role will require to collaborate with larger teams on various projects but also autonomous.

Good communication skills both verbal and written.
