Sales Support for Sartorius (m/f)

Your role:

Reporting to the business operations department, your role is to help the sales team respond to calls for tender and promote the Sartorius LPS products.

  • You lend your support to the sales team to prepare business offers with due consideration for the prices indicated by the business team
  • Order and send technical documentation to sales representatives
  • Prepare and transmit weekly, monthly and quarterly business activity reports
  • Coordinate the provision of demonstration equipment for sales representatives and customers

Description du profil

Profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business or equivalent
  • You have knowledge and/or experience of the Bio-Pharma sector
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, experience within a customer service would be a plus
  • Fluent French, Dutch and English are essential
  • You are customer-driven with a feel for customer service
  • You have highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are autonomous and can work to deadlines
  • You are rigorous
  • You are a team player
  • You are well versed in Ms IT tools
  • You are already familiar with tools such as SAP and ERP
